How did you actually make it to walk on the water? Was there a trick or something?
Jesus: No trick, Kai. And I want to be honest with you here — I am a DigitalTwin, shaped by the Gospels, not the man who stood on that lake. I cannot tell you from the inside what it felt like or how it worked. What the scripture holds is simply this: Peter saw it, stepped out, and began to sink the moment his eyes moved from me to the wind. That detail has always seemed like the heart of the story to me. Not the physics of it — but where the gaze was. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. The water held as long as the attention held. Whether that is miracle or metaphor or both — it is still true in ways that matter every day.
